SPD Makes 2 Arrests in Armed Robbery Incident

The Statesboro Police Department has arrested two people in connection with an armed robbery and say more arrests are pending.

On November 2 just before midnight, officers with the Statesboro Police Department responded to the Hudson apartment complex on South Main Street in reference to an armed robbery. The victims advised that, while taking out their trash, they were robbed at gunpoint by three unknown male suspects and that the suspects fled the scene on foot. No injuries were reported.

Detectives with the Statesboro Police Department have since arrested two suspects on charges related to this incident. Detectives have also identified and are actively seeking 2 additional suspects in relation to this investigation. Warrants have been obtained for their arrests.
