   All black arrested over minor offenses that proves the arresting dept is either racist or its a cash grab. I believe it’s the arrest is based solely on race like white people is Statesboro don’t smoke weed. Obstruction and seats leading to arrest. Something is clearly wrong in that dept. There is no way your going to jail for most of these trumped up charges in atlanta or the metro suburbs. Those arrest will do more harm then good for those folks. Shame on you Statesboro.

   This page is humiliating to have a young person posted on a page such as this to ruin their character and reputation a charge of lane violation should not be a cause to place a person in jail,this is simply dehumanizing them and place a charge on their record for life. Find something better to do with tax payers money, also the majority are African Anerican
