Melissa Hise defeats Ann Fiddler for Superior Court Judge

Melissa Gifford Hise has been elected as the new Lookout Mountain Superior Court Judge after winning the nonpartisan election on Tuesday, defeating Ann Willard Fiddler.

Hise, who resides in Walker County and practices law in Chattooga County, will succeed the retiring Superior Court Judge Kristina Cook Graham.

The Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit encompasses Walker, Dade, Catoosa, and Chattooga Counties.

Hise secured 5,980 votes compared to Fiddler’s 3,834 votes across the circuit.
