
The GBI has made multiple arrests in Sexual Exploitation of Children Investigations.
The GBI has arrested and charged Caleb Austin Walker, age 26, of Waycross, Ware County, Georgia, with Sexual Exploitation of Children.
In November 2024, the GBI CEACC Unit began an investigation into Walker’s online activity after receiving a Cyber Tipline Report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) regarding the possible online possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material. This investigation led to a search of Walker’s home and Walker’s subsequent arrest. The Ware County Sheriff’s Office and the GBI regional investigative office in Douglas, assisted with the investigation and Walker’s arrest.
Walker was booked into the Ware County Jail.
The GBI has arrested and charged Jose Angel Hinojosa Huerta, age 47, of Ambrose, Coffee County, Georgia, with Sexual Exploitation of Children.
In September 2024, the GBI CEACC Unit began an investigation into Huerta’s online activity after receiving a Cyber Tipline Report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) regarding the possible online possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material. This investigation led to Huerta’s subsequent arrest. The Coffee County Sheriff’s Office and the GBI regional investigative office in Douglas assisted with the investigation and Huerta’s arrest.
Huerta was booked into the Coffee County Jail.
The GBI has arrested and charged Daniel Blake Ogden, age 35, of Douglas, Coffee County, Georgia, with Sexual Exploitation of Children.

This investigation led to Ogden’s subsequent arrest. The Coffee County Sheriff’s Office, and the GBI regional investigative office in Douglas assisted with the investigation and Ogden’s arrest.
Ogden was booked into the Coffee County Jail.
These investigations are part of the ongoing effort by the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, housed within the GBI’s Child Exploitation and Computer Crimes Unit, to identify those involved in the trade of child sexual abuse material. The ICAC Program, created by the US Department of Justice, was developed in response to the increasing number of children and teenagers using the internet, the proliferation of child sexual abuse material, and the heightened online activity by predators searching for unsupervised contact with underage victims.
