Local law enforcement attended a memorial tribute at Ogeechee Technical College last week for Dallas and Baton Rouge officers recently killed in the line of duty. OTC’s Funeral Service Education Grief Counseling class held the event.
From OTC’s press release:
Pastor Jacob Brown gave the introduction and Corporal Brian Nessmith and Sergeant Noel Brown of the Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office served as Color Guard. Closing remarks were given by Reverend Craig Tremble. The class provided a guest registry table in the auditorium of the Joseph E. Kennedy Building throughout the day. Students, faculty, and staff were encouraged to sign the books, which will be sent to the families of the slain officers.
