Pembroke Man Arrested for Child Molestation in Bulloch Co

On April 27, a concerned parent reported to Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office Investigator Jason Long that her 15 year-old daughter had sent explicit photos to an unknown man.

Investigator Long discovered that the photos had been sent to a 54 year-old Pembroke man named Christopher Kinard, and that there had been physical contact between Kinard and the juvenile female. After further investigation and more evidence, warrants were issued for Kinard.

Kinard turned himself in at the Bulloch County Jail. He is charged with Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes, Child Molestation, and Sexual Battery Against a Child Under 16. He remains at the jail pending further judicial action.
