SPD Investigating Aggravated Assault and Shots Fired at Campus Crossing

The Statesboro Police Department is investigating an aggravated assault case that occurred this afternoon at Campus Crossing Apartments.

At approximately 3:42 pm this afternoon, SPD officers responded to a call in reference to shots fired at Campus Crossing. Officers secured the scene and began an investigation. According to SPD, there are three confirmed victims who suffered gunshot wounds.
