Tonight, history will be made as Chattooga High School will graduate the largest class in school history–215 students. The commencement ceremonies will begin at 7:00 pm. Mr. Evan Perry, the Student Leadership Team Chairperson, will welcome the students, faculty, and audience.
Followed by the innovation by FCA Athlete of the year, Mr. Rhett Walker. Mr. Jeff Martin will recognize the special guests, school board members, and superintendent Jimmy Lenderman.
Mr. Isaiah Foster and Ms. Abbey Tudor, Mr. and Miss CHS will issue a challenge to the senior class.
Mr. Trey Deberry will be giving the Salutatory Address. Deberry is a member of the Beta Club, Leadership Team, FBLA, Dual Enrollment ELA and Dual Enrollment Math. DeBerry will be attending Berry College in the fall where he plans to pursue a career in Anesthesiology. He is the son of Billy and Cindy DeBerry.
Ms. Abbey Tudor, CHS Valedictorian will be the last to address her classmates and the audience. Miss Tudor will be attending the University of Georgia in the fall where she plans to pursue a career in physical therapy. Abbey is the daughter of Vergil and Christy Tudor.
