Recovery Alive at Connect City Church will be hosting a free holiday dinner on Thursday December 28th at 6pm. Immediately after dinner there will be a time of worship and testimony with Robert Anderson.
Six years ago Robert was in prison on drug related offenses. He was hopeless and alone. He made the decision to turn his will and life over to the care of God and has been on the road to recovery ever since. Robert is now the staff counselor for the shelter and men’s program at Providence Ministries in Dalton, GA. Robert’s story is one of restoration and victory. It shows that not matter how far you think you have gone, God is not finished with you yet.
After Roberts testimony, there will be a monthly chip ceremony in celebration of the recovery time that others have reached.
Please join for a time of food, fellowship, and celebrating Gods amazing goodness and grace.
