Rome Set to Welcome 2025 with New Year’s Eve Fireworks Extravaganza

Atrium Health Floyd and Harbin Clinic are partnering with Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation to present the New Year’s Eve Fireworks Extravaganza for a third consecutive year. The event, featuring over 800 fireworks launched from Jackson Hill, begins at 7:30 p.m. to accommodate families.

Organized by Zambelli Fireworks, this dazzling display offers a colorful start to 2025. Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation Director Todd Wofford expressed gratitude for the ongoing partnership, which also supports events like the July Fourth Fireworks and the Leprechaun-a-thon 5K.

“This will be a great way to welcome 2025,” Wofford said.
