Atlanta Braves names SeatGeek as club’s official ticket marketplace

The partnership with SeatGeek begins with the 2024 MLB season

The Atlanta Braves and SeatGeek announced this week that they have entered a partnership, making SeatGeek the Official Ticket Marketplace of the Braves starting with the 2024 season. Already the Official Ticket Marketplace of Major League Baseball (MLB), SeatGeek is expanding its presence in baseball at the Club level.

The partnership includes a variety of high-impact assets in and around Truist Park and The Battery Atlanta, including the A-List Members Gate presented by SeatGeek and various baseline rotational and LED signage, which will be present at all Braves home games. SeatGeek will also collaborate with the Braves to enhance the experience for season ticket members, most notably through its role as the Presenting Sponsor of A-List Appreciation Week. Through the collaboration, A-List Members will learn about the latest SeatGeek features that can help them sell Braves tickets on the platform.

“Providing the best possible fan experience is one of our top priorities,” said Jim Allen, Senior Vice President of Corporate and Premium Partnerships, Atlanta Braves. “This partnership will help ensure the convenient, seamless ticketing process that Braves fans expect. We look forward to welcoming SeatGeek to the Braves team.”

The announcement comes shortly after the launch of SeatGeek’s Next Fan Up product release. The release includes a suite of innovative features that make it easier for season ticket members and fans to sell their tickets and get the best value for their seats. Next Fan Up is an example of SeatGeek’s tech-forward approach to ticketing and how the company is seeking to establish a new standard for MLB fan engagement and satisfaction.

“We’re all about creating a ticketing experience that fans can trust, and can’t wait to partner with the Braves this season,” said Sarah Kettler, VP of Marketing and Communications at SeatGeek. “This partnership lets us expand the impact of our MLB league relationship while giving Braves fans a better way to buy and sell their tickets.”

Fans looking to buy and sell Braves tickets from the team’s official marketplace can head to SeatGeek’s website or download the SeatGeek app.
