Big seventh inning pushed Columbia past Rome 5-1

After scoring in the second, Rome held a 1-0 lead through six innings behind a strong start from Oriel Caicedo, but he ran into trouble in the seventh, giving up three runs.  Josh Graham would give up two more runs in relief during the same inning, putting the Fireflies up 5-1, which would become a final in nine.

The Braves’ lone run in the second came on a Wigberto Nevarez double, scoring Justin Ellison.
