Weigel throws gem as Rome Braves pummel Power 10-0

Patrick Weigel threw an absolute gem in front of a home crowd of over 3,100 at State Mutual Stadium Saturday night, giving up no runs on three hits in seven and two thirds innings, and striking out eight. The offense gave West Virginia just as many fits as the pitching in the game, with six batters recording at least one hit, led by 3-for-4 nights from both Austin Riley and Carlos Castro. Both had a run each as well, along with two RBIs from Riley and one from Castro.
